For Providers

Working as a team in our community

EDCMT’s experienced and compassionate team of multi-specialty clinicians work collaboratively to offer short- and long-term outpatient (OP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and partial hospitalization/day treatment (PHP). Our primary goal is to set each patient on a path to full recovery from both the mental and physical attributes of their eating disorder. Through highly personalized patient care, we help individuals identify and move away from destructive behaviors while addressing the root cause of their symptoms. This leads patients to discover a new sense of self and the ability to navigate toward life-sustaining health and wellness.

Referring a patient to us

If you would like to refer a patient to us, fax a face sheet with your most recent visit notes to 406.571.7956. We will then reach out to the referred patient to schedule an initial call.

Words from a local provider

“...The referral process is effortless and their treatment plans are effective and comprehensive. I find it easy to communicate with their team members, which helps to ensure that I remain an active part in my patients' care management...I have referred many patients to their program and will continue to use them as my first choice in the management of eating disorders.”
